We are confident in the freshness of the soft-shelled soft-shelled turtle that we purchase from Totsu, Shizuoka Prefecture, because they are processed alive on the same day.◎You can enjoy the 7 kinds of rare sashimi as part of our luxurious and delicious course. In addition to a variety of parts such as lean meat, fatty white meat, liver, lungs, parboiled intestines, heart, and kidneys, there are also male milt and, depending on the season, female eggs.
