We operate our own farm, Takumi Farm, in Kitsuki City, Oita Prefecture. In addition to improving meat quality, we pay particular attention to fat. We have created Wagyu beef that has a high level of oleic acid, which is a fat component, and is less likely to cause stomach upset, making you want to eat it every day.

Yakiniku (Grilled meat) is all about how you cut it and how you eat it. We will present the results of our research on new ways of cutting and ways of eating that have never been seen before in our daily research.

Our building, Niku Nakajima Leisure Building, is a three-story building. The first floor is a membership-only, unmanned frozen meat sales office. Meat vending machine. You can purchase high-quality Japanese beef and Side Dishes 24 hours a day. On the third floor is Snack Yakiniku (Grilled meat) Takumi, which sells snacks and Yakiniku (Grilled meat). Although it's a one-person Yakiniku (Grilled meat) style Yakiniku (Grilled meat) restaurant, a meat mama is always on hand to tell you about the delicious cuts and grill the meat for you. Furthermore, it is equipped with Karaoke, so it is a special space where you can sing and eat. It is a meat entertainment building packed with all kinds of meat business.
