We have our own farm called Takumi Farm in Oita Prefecture and have a distribution route from production to customers. We are working day and night to find ways to improve the texture of our cows by adding olive oil to their feed, which gives them a smoother texture. We are able to deliver "cheap", "delicious", and "safe" products to our customers precisely because we have reliable technical capabilities that can integrate production, processing, and retail.

Of course, Takumi's Sukiyaki uses Oita Wagyu beef from their own farm, and the appeal is that you can enjoy parts of the beef that you wouldn't normally get in Sukiyaki. First of all, please enjoy the highest grade sirloin in Kansai style without using warishita. The staff grills it using grains and soy sauce. The Kanto-style Sukiyaki is arranged in a artisan style using the company's original warishita blended with clam stock. We deliver luxurious Sukiyaki that only a butcher can offer at a reasonable price.
