Food Enjoy Kuroge Wagyu beef and seasonal ingredients! Enjoy Kushikatsu with a secret sauce♪
The kushikatsu is made with a fragrant blend of oil that is mainly made from beef tallow. The beef skewers are made with Japanese black beef that is used at Yakiniku (Grilled meat) restaurants ◎ Seasonal skewers are prepared with fresh ingredients that match the season! Kishan's secret sauce is perfect for meat, fish, and vegetables. For customers who like spicy food, we also recommend the ``Karashi sauce''♪We also have dessert skewers such as ``Kushi Daifuku'' that are recommended for customers with a sweet tooth.

We use domestic hormones in our Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot), and we prepare the soup stock that goes well with the hormones first thing every morning. The umami from the hormones permeates through the cabbage, making it so delicious that you won't be able to stop eating it once you try it! We recommend the Chinese noodles as a finishing touch! In addition, ``Dote'', which uses plenty of beef tendon, is a dish with a high repeat rate. The sweet taste of the white miso base is appealing◎We also have "Salt Chanko nabe" which is perfect for the upcoming season!
