Our secret ``raw sauce'', created through trial and error by our predecessors, is not heat-treated and does not use preservatives. We prepare it at the store every day. The refreshing sweetness allows you to feel the flavor of the meat directly, and goes well with red meat and offal! Some fans even eat the ``raw sauce'' over rice! This is a long-established store where my father's fans gather, built from scratch by my father, who loves to talk.
