French cuisine where grand chef Kenji Nishinozono sublimates Omi beef, one of Japan's three major Japanese beef varieties, and the freshest Omi vegetables into dishes with a delicate presence, using a cooking method that brings out the natural goodness of the ingredients. Enjoy the course. On special occasions such as anniversaries and birthdays, you can change the course dessert to a specially decorated cake for free. After enjoying the course, we will add fireworks to the cake for a ``surprise effect.''

As a member of the Shiga Meat Center Regional Wholesale Market, we have obtained the "buying right" to participate in the auction to buy a whole Omi Beef carcass. I opened a store. Omi beef, which is raised in the rich nature of Lake Biwa, is said to have ``fine texture, sweet fat, and is so delicious that it melts in your mouth.'' In addition, it has a low melting point (the temperature at which fat melts) and is less likely to cause stomach upset, so it can be enjoyed by a wide range of generations, from children to adults.
