For our kushikatsu, we are particular about not only the ingredients but also the batter. restaurant own research into batter powder gives it a crispy finish. You can enjoy the texture even more by making the bread crumbs on top a little coarser. In addition, we use "het", which is refined beef tallow, as the frying oil. The kushikatsu is lightly battered and fried in oil with an appetizing aroma, and once you try it, you'll be addicted to it. Please enjoy it when you visit us.
