上海ヒルトンで腕を奮った孫建民さんの本格中華が手頃なお値段で味わえます。
フロア担当の女性、小阪さんも気さくに話しかけてくれるアットホームな中華屋さんが日本橋、文楽劇場近くにオープンしました。
私がお邪魔したときは、中国人のファミリーが食事に来ていて、飛び交う中国語に、中国旅行をした気分も味わえました。
