Horai Honkan, which continues to be loved in Osaka, is commemorating its 71st anniversary with a ``Kakuni Butaman'' containing a whole piece of braised pork! ``Kakuni pork buns'' are made by placing a whole braised pork in a secret char siu bean paste that tightly locks in the flavor of pork, and carefully wrapping each one by hand in our original chewy dough.

You can experience hand-wrapping pork buns and shumai using plenty of Horai Honkan's carefully selected dough and original ingredients.
