We offer various types of biang biang noodles with or without soup! If you have soup, we recommend the chargrilled side topped with seasoned pork belly, the fattened side topped with offal, and for those who like spicy food, we recommend the spicy side or dandan side! If you don't want soup, try the zentang-mian with lots of toppings, the jajang-mian (jajangmyeon), or the tomato-flavored saiki persimmon. You can also add coriander, offal, grilled chicken, or steamed chicken as toppings.
