We have been making authentic handmade soba noodles using homemade flour for 50 years, paying close attention to the ingredients. Nihachi soba, which is made using a secret recipe and boasts a smooth texture, is perfect for lunch or as a finishing touch after a night of drinking! Our soba noodles are eaten not only by women working in the neighborhood but also by office workers, as they are able to ingest ingredients such as rutin, which is abundant in soba noodles. Our store is located in the basement of a building with a post office on the first floor, just a short walk north of Shinsaibashi Station. As soon as you step inside the quiet restaurant, you will be greeted by a Japanese-style space with brightly colored tables and warm lighting. It has a hideout-like atmosphere that is friendly to everyone from young women to the elderly. A power outlet is also available for convenient charging. In addition to Kawachi duck, we also recommend the famous "Sohei Nabe", which contains Hakusan mushrooms and hard tofu that are ordered weekly from Ishikawa Prefecture!
