"Satsuma Jidori" has been loved in Kagoshima since ancient times. We use free-range chicken raised without stress for 120 to 150 days! Healthy and rich flavor with low fat content. Because the muscle fibers are fine, the meat is soft, but you can also enjoy a moderate texture!
