“Tatsuhiro Takayama” honed his skills at various famous restaurants and opened “Tourmonde” in 2002. After that, the store changed its name and opened [adhoc] in 2014. Earned one star in the Michelin Guide in 2015. For lunch and dinner, we offer one course each with a carefully selected dish. Please enjoy contemporary French cuisine that is unique to Adock, which is particular about not only the food but also the space, tableware, music, lighting, etc.
