We offer authentic Edomae Sushi using carefully selected fresh fish sourced from Toyosu. We use Hinohikari rice from Nara Prefecture, which has a good balance of stickiness and aroma, and allows you to enjoy the fluffy and natural flavor of the ingredients. In addition, we use barrel-grown red vinegar from Chiba Prefecture for the sushi rice, and use a unique blend to bring out the flavor of the rice. The ingredients vary depending on the season, and the course menu changes monthly. Please enjoy our special products and sake to your heart's content.
