Chiritori nabe is characterized by having beef offal, local chicken, and pork shoulder loin as a base, topped with onions, cabbage, bean sprouts, chives, green onions, and kimchi, and simmered in a soy sauce-based sauce. It is characterized by being simmered in a soy sauce-based sauce. We also have local chicken and pork chiritori nabe. Kimchi is the only spiciness and can be served separately.
