We grow pesticide-free Vietnamese herbs in Gifu Prefecture, the location of DZO!'s predecessor Restaurants. In addition to the common cilantro, we also recreate local flavors such as Vietnamese basil and lau om. If you like it, try the ``incense herb platter''♪

We are celebrating our 15th year of OPEN! "DZO!" is "Cheers!" in Vietnamese. It's not a "Vietnamese Cuisine Restaurants" but a "Vietnamese restaurant". I chose this name because I wanted people to eat
... and drink casually. Items that are used on a daily basis, such as plastic chairs and metal chopstick holders, are purchased locally, and the interior is designed to look like a local food stall or Cafeterias. Each dish is small and reasonably priced. There are about 80 different menu items that even a small group can enjoy. This is a hidden Cafeterias in Nishihonmachi, a business district!
