I was invited to the back of the building and opened the door with high expectations. The interior of the store is based on white, with an impressive use of red. The so-called Chef's Table has only 12 seats in order to provide the best service to our guests. It is a perfect place to spend some time with your loved ones. The owner, Chef Keiki Shibuya, was born in Osaka in 1961. He went to France in 1980 and learned the essence of French cuisine at famous restaurants such as ``Paul Bocuse,'' ``Jamin,'' and ``Alain Chapelle.'' After returning to Japan, he opened his own store in Yotsubashi, Osaka in 1990. In 1993, it became a member of Relais & Châteaux. After moving to Hirano-cho in 2014, it was renovated into Restaurants with only 12 seats. He is demonstrating his skills as one of the leading chefs in the Japanese gastronomy world.
