Enjoy the luxurious soup stock made from Soda bonito flakes, dried bonito flakes, and Rishiri kelp, the thick udon noodles that become supple the more you simmer them, and the deliciousness of fresh ingredients from the mountains and sea to your heart's content.

`` Udon-suki (registered trademark)'' is their signature product, and for generations, the owner has pursued the taste of soba. In addition to Mr. Nakamura's contract farm in Hokkaido, we strive to secure high-quality buckwheat noodles throughout the year, grind them daily in a workshop equipped with a stone mill, deliver them to the restaurant, and turn them into noodles by our chefs.
