We carefully grill each chicken using Kishu Bincho charcoal using extremely fresh young chicken that has been carefully sourced, managed, and cooked by our craftsmen. Before processing the chicken, we use a unique method called ``dehydration'' to remove the odor and bring out only the flavor. The sauce is a secret sauce made over 10 years. Two types are used depending on the material. The salt we use is roasted natural coarse salt made from 100% seawater. Uniquely blended mellow taste◎
