We create our own unique "Naniwa Italian Cuisine" by maximizing the potential of ingredients from Osaka and the Kansai region and finishing them with traditional Italian cooking techniques. Our menu captures the spirit and flavor of Osaka, providing our customers with a new dining experience.
ChefTerroir Italian Cuisine created by the Osaka-born owner-chef
Owner chef Nishide has experience in many Restaurants, hotels and abroad, and now he has decided to create Restaurants with his own unique worldview in his hometown of Osaka, where he will pursue the possibilities of Italian Cuisine cuisine. Together with young chefs who have returned from training in Italy, he will create a crossover between Italy and Osaka.

All our pasta is handmade from scratch, and we make all kinds of pasta, especially our signature bigoli and ravioli, using seasonal Osaka ingredients.
Food Freshly sliced Prosciutto made from domestically produced Satsuma black pork
We offer freshly cut 24-month aged Satsuma Kurobuta pork Prosciutto by the only female Meisterin in Japan, Yoshiko Kobayashi. We are the only store in Prosciutto that does this. The prosciutto is sliced freshly by Berkel.
