A sister restaurant to Yakiniku (Grilled meat) Shinchi, which serves only the finest quality meat. The finest Japanese black beef carefully selected by meat professionals. We want our customers to feel free to eat good food that is delicious. With this in mind, we offer our products at prices that are only possible because we are directly managed by a butcher shop. We also have ``Misuji'', a mysterious and rare part that can only be harvested in small quantities from one cow.
