The rice is ``Koshihikari'' from Mie Prefecture, and the soup stock is ``katsuobushi'' ordered from Kyoto and high-quality ``Rishiri kelp.'' The preparation using these ingredients is done with great care. Our specialty dish, ``Kama-meshi'', is made with fragrant soup stock and high-quality ingredients to make it fluffy. The standard menu includes ``Taimeshi'' and ``Jidori chicken and burdock''. We always offer more than 7 types of food, including seasonal kamameshi, which incorporates seasonal ingredients.
