``Gout hot pot'' has received a lot of media exposure due to its luxurious ingredients and impactful name. This is a popular menu that is ordered by 80% of our customers. About 10 kinds of seafood such as sea bream, crab, scallops, shrimp, red bean liver, milt, and salmon roe, and if you add vegetables, it's amazing how 15 kinds of ingredients come together in one pot! It is sure to look great on SNS. We use only ingredients that make a good dashi, so you can enjoy it with very simple seasonings. The rice porridge at the end is also exceptional.

At our restaurant, you can enjoy soft-shelled turtle, which has a luxurious image, at a reasonable price. By carefully preparing and removing the scum, and especially removing the thin skin, we are able to create soft-soft-shelled turtle dishes without any odor or taste. There's also a surprise arrangement of the main soft-shelled turtle hot pot that looks like soft-shelled turtle swimming in it! Drinks with fresh blood, sashimi made with rare parts, fried chicken, soft-shelled turtle hotpot, and rice porridge make for a very satisfying meal that will leave you energized and energetic.

Although our restaurant has a strong image of hotpot, we also focus on Kaiseki courses. We mainly use fresh seafood and vegetables purchased every morning from the nearby Tenma Market, as well as seasonal ingredients from around the country. We are confident in the freshness of our sashimi, such as conger conger and bonito in the summer, and yellowtail in the winter! We offer different dishes on a monthly basis, so we hope you will enjoy coming to our restaurant. The course, which includes appetizers, sashimi, small pots, and Fried food, can also be used for entertaining.

Our store operates on a referral and membership system. Therefore, you can enjoy your meal in peace and quiet even in the busy Tenma area. There is no large signboard at the entrance of our store, and it looks like a normal residence. The restaurant has nine completely private rooms, with a focus on privacy, and is often frequented by celebrity customers. Although it is a private room, the hostess and other staff will provide you with warm hospitality. Please enjoy your meal at your leisure.
