Chiran chickens are raised in a rich environment for 4 to 10 times longer than regular young chickens, and because of the long rearing period, they retain a lot of collagen, linoleic acid, and amino acids that determine their deliciousness, and are rich in fat. Also outstanding! The meat quality and texture are exceptional. The more you chew, the more flavor comes out.

The dressings used in the dishes, the sweet sauce for Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers), the ponzu, etc. are all homemade♪
