Food We offer fresh vegetables, fish, carefully selected Game Meat Dishes, etc.
We paid particular attention to the materials. The vegetables are delivered directly from the chef's hometown of Gifu Prefecture, and the fish is delivered directly from the market every morning. We also serve Game Meat Dishes, and we especially recommend the summer deer, which is so delicious that it can be enjoyed even outside of the hunting season, and is said to be a "hidden season." Depending on the timing, rare meats such as bear and mountain crow may be available. We also have Osaka's Kuroge Wagyu Naniwa Kuro Beef, which has an irresistible concentration of flavor.
