Enjoy a course of seasonal cuisine made with the techniques of Japanese-style meal. The standard "Shoun Course" is highly recommended. Each dish is a special masterpiece, such as the "Foie Gras Chawanmushi" where you can enjoy the world's three great delicacies of foie gras, caviar, and truffles all at once, and the "Katsu Sandwich" made with Chateaubriand. The menu changes with the seasons, so you can enjoy it no matter how many times you visit, and you can also make changes to suit your requests. A lighter course is also available for reservations after 8:30 p.m.

The gorgeous and luxurious "Katsudon" has been featured in the media and is only available once a day. It is a masterpiece made with Chateaubriand pork cutlet, lavishly topped with sea urchin, caviar, salmon roe, and truffles, and served in a golden tub. We are proud of this dish, which has been designed with both appearance and flavor in mind, so please enjoy it by sharing it at the end of the course. As gorgeous as a birthday cake, it is also perfect as a surprise. The luxurious ingredients and beautiful presentation will create a special moment.

All the ingredients used in our dishes are carefully selected and of the highest quality. We use carefully selected Japanese Black Beef, focusing not on the brand, but on the quality of the fat, fiber, and luster. We purchase the best Seafood from all over the country at any given time, and serve it using careful preparation and cooking methods that make use of Japanese-style meal techniques. We also have a wide variety of drinks to go with the dishes. In addition to seasonal sake, we have a lineup of reasonably priced, high-quality wines. We can also make pairing suggestions, so please feel free to ask us.

Our restaurant, renovated from a historic building built in 1921, has a relaxing interior. The counter seats, where you can watch the cooking on the hot plate, are perfect for small groups or large groups to enjoy conversation, and can be rented out for private use for groups of six or more. In addition, private rooms, ideal for entertaining or family celebrations, are available for groups of four or more. All seats start at the same time, but if this is not possible, please feel free to contact us. We also accept reservations on Sundays and holidays for groups of four or more.
