Because ``Yamaya'' is particular about taste, we are also particular about Hakata's specialty, `` Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot).'' Made with 100% domestically produced cow intestine, which is said to be the most delicious of all motsu. The creamy deliciousness that can only be enjoyed by boldly cutting these rare parts into large pieces. Please enjoy the sweetness and flavor that spreads in your mouth, and the juicy texture created by the moderate texture. We offer three flavors refined using our unique manufacturing method: ``Agodashi Soy Sauce'', ``Koku Miso'', and ``Kabosu Ponzu''.

Saito City in Miyazaki Prefecture is home to many valuable cultural heritages and myths, and is also known as the ``birthplace of sake.'' Approximately 150 years ago, Masaharu Sake Brewery was born there. Since the early Meiji era, we have been using only mineral-rich underground water called ``Kiyomizugane'' that gushes out from underground in Miyazaki, where there is a lot of rich nature, and ``Kogane Sengan'', which is classic most popular potato suitable for shochu. Our carefully selected shochu, which has been passed down from generation to generation, will brighten up your meal.
