当店は「ラーメン屋にできること」をテーマに掲げ、日々ラーメンと真剣に向き合っています。スープは、鹿児島・桜島鶏を使用し、旨味・深み・香りを演出。まるでポタージュのようなクリーミーな味わい。チャーシューは、鶏・豚肩ロースの2種類。鶏は、朝引き地鶏を使用し低温調理法で、パサツキのないしっとりした仕上がり。豚肩ロースは大ぶりのレアチャーシュー。その他、ごぼうの天ぷら・季節ののせものが目を楽しませます。店
