The most popular main dish is the grilled spare ribs ``Tit Long Lang Sot''. It's surprisingly easy to eat considering its voluminous appearance. Once the spareribs are boiled, excess fat is removed, and a secret ingredient is rubbed in to create a highly aromatic dish.
