We carefully select and purchase Omi beef, one of Japan's three major Wagyu beef, through our own official route. We offer A4 to A5 rank high quality branded Wagyu beef at reasonable prices. Each course is served with a special dish that is characterized by its softness and elegant taste. From lunch to dinner, you can enjoy it at any time of the day or night. In addition to standard dishes such as "shabu shabu" and "Sukiyaki" where you can enjoy the flavor of meat, please enjoy a variety of dishes such as "tsuyu-shabu", which is unique to our restaurant.

Our unique new dish ``Tsuyu-shabu'' uses pork sliced into 0.8mm thin slices using a special manufacturing method. When you run it through hot water, a beautiful sight that looks like white flowers blooming spreads out. The light meat has been trimmed of excess fat, and is served with a special five-tiered Japanese-style soup and served with white onions and yuzu pepper.
