The authentic Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) is made with domestically produced chicken and grilled over charcoal with a special secret sauce made over 15 hours. All the vegetables are also domestically grown, so you can enjoy high-quality food at a reasonable price.The recommended "Chicken Assortment" features fresh morning-pulled chicken eaten in 10 different ways, and is also served with Andean rock salt.
