In all respects, the owner's ideal beef was a heifer (heifer). Characteristics include: (1) fine-grained meat, (2) elegant sweetness, (3) melt-in-your-mouth fat, and (3) deep Japanese beef flavor. *A heifer is a female cow that has not given birth to a calf. What I especially like is that the melting point of the fat is low, so it melts in your mouth easily. It feels like the fat is smooth.

We have cleared the strict new standards for beef for raw consumption and are providing raw meat with permission from the public health center! We also offer fresh Yukhoe that you can't find anywhere else!
Food Our proud "Ota beef" and "Awahana beef"
Ota Farm, known as one of the top Kobe Beef producing farms in Hyogo Prefecture, has painstakingly developed its own brand of Tajima beef called "Ota Beef." Among the clearly pedigree Japanese Black cattle raised in Tokushima Prefecture, only those with a yield grade of A or B and meat quality grade of 4 or higher are shipped as "Awa Hana Beef."
