ChefDaigo Yokoyama
The owner, Daigo Yokoyama, was born in the Sapporo area of Hokkaido. After training in Japan at Restaurants in Hakone and Tokyo, Shanghai, Beijing, Sichuan, and Hong Kong, and learning various cooking techniques in China, he returned triumphantly to Osaka. We delight our customers with ingredients that reflect the changing seasons, ingredients from around the world, and beautiful Chinese Cuisine that transcends genres.
Food A new frontier for Chinese cuisine
Daigo Yokoyama's challenge. Seasonal cuisine begins with conversations between guests. Starting with the ingredients of the day, exquisitely cooked using charcoal, golden clear hot water soup, and abundant use of natural seafood, we create a variety of beautiful dishes that look like they would decorate a Monet painting. When you finish eating, you'll be left with a wonderful aftertaste that reminds you of the border.
Spacespace and atmosphere
The location is a corner of Kitashinchi, a social area for adults. As soon as you step through the automatic doors, you'll find yourself inside a calm, stucco interior. There is a good amount of space with tables and counters. Mr. Yanagihara of the world is in charge of the designer. The luxurious space and simple interior of the restaurant will make you look forward to today's selection cuisine.
