The bluefin tuna is sourced from a well-known tuna specialty store, and Other seafood is carefully selected to be fresh by a reliable connoisseur. We work hard every day to pay particular attention to everything from the combination of red vinegar and sushi rice, to the degree of cooking, how to handle the ingredients according to the ingredients, the balance between sushi and toppings, the form of the nigiri, and the aging of the fish. The courses alternate between Sushi made with seasonal ingredients and a la carte dishes. The first thing you will enjoy is our signature bluefin tuna Steak. ``Abalone liver sauce'' made with black abalone is also popular. In addition to fresh abalone, the cheesy, rich liver is our standard dish that can be enjoyed like risotto with sushi rice. To finish off your meal, try our homemade pudding made with special eggs. We also have about 20 types of sake that go well with Sushi, selected by our chef and staff.
