Food Uses ``Jidori chicken'' which is highly elastic and full of flavor the more you chew.
At our restaurant, we are particular about raw local chicken, and mainly use ``Jitokko'' from Miyazaki. Jitōdori (local chicken) is raised free-range on vast plots of land over a long period of time, so its meat is characterized by a quality that bursts with flavor as you bite into it. In addition to tataki (tataki) where you can enjoy the flavor directly, and yukhoe (chicken fillet mixed with sea urchin and seasoned with wasabi/sauce and wrapped in freshly seared seaweed), bonjiri (sudachi) and meatballs (tsukune) topped with sauce and egg yolk sauce. We have devised the law and are offering it to you.

True to the owner's commitment to being a ``chicken specialty restaurant that serves Japanese Cuisine,'' the restaurant also offers a variety of dishes other than Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers). The bowls are based on a hot water soup made in a pressure cooker to bring out the flavor from the bones, and in August, we add bonito flakes and kelp soup stock, and pair it with duck meat and winter melon. In addition to earthenware pot rice made with Koshihikari rice grown in Niigata Itoigawa, clam soup, and handmade warabi mochi that can be enjoyed with different flavors depending on the season, each course is filled with hospitality in every detail.
DrinkWe mainly stock sake that is refreshing and easy to drink, as well as seasonal and rare sake.
Drinks include a wide variety of sake, shochu, and wine. Among them, we have a large selection of seasonal sake brands. The first drink we recommend is ``Showakura,'' a Junmai Daiginjo that is stored at low temperatures for three years and only sells about 2,000 bottles a year. It has a good aroma and rich flavor, yet has a refreshing taste, and is so delicious! This is a famous sake that many people are surprised by. There is no alcohol menu, so please feel free to ask the owner.

Once you pass through the quaint long noren curtain, the plain wood counter stretches out in front of you, creating a Japanese-style space that blocks out the hustle and bustle of Kitashinchi. The shelves decorated with seasonal flowers and vessels are reminiscent of a tea room. The careful manners of the owner, who wears a crisp white coat, and the meticulous interior design create a calming atmosphere. Many of the utensils are antiques, so you can enjoy them while eating Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) served one by one. Please use it for a special meal with your loved ones.
