The horse sashimi delivered directly from Jonan Ranch JS Farm in Kumamoto Prefecture is completely different in tenderness and flavor compared to foreign products! An assortment of orthodox "red meat", "koune" which is the fatty part of the mane, and "fin" which is the tender part. Enjoy it with sweet soy sauce from Kyushu, garlic and ginger.
