There are always 150 types of junmai sake bottles lined up in the store. The reason why we are particular about using 4-go bottles is because we want our customers to be able to consume the product before it loses its freshness even after opening the bottle, and that it is also perfect as a souvenir, and that we want our customers to enjoy a variety of flavors. We also have rare local sake available for tasting, so please take this opportunity to try it. You can choose based on the appearance of the bottle or label, or you can tell the staff your favorite flavor and let them choose for you. I hope you will think about it a lot and try it out.

Whether it's your first time or not, we recommend the "Sake Sake Set" first! You can sample 3 types of 30ml sake from carefully selected sake breweries that change weekly. If you order until 6pm on weekdays and 4pm on weekends and holidays, you can get it for only 630 yen, including one ate! ! After that, the price will be 830 yen without additional charge. In order to let you compare the three types, we are offering them without considering the price, so please take advantage of this for a great value lunch!

At the standing counter made of plain wood, you can sample almost all of their sake products. We use international standard tasting glasses. You can enjoy the mellow aroma emitted by the yeast of each type of sake. Prices start from 330 yen for a 45ml glass and 480 yen for a 90ml glass, making it easy to try. In addition, we always have 20 kinds of delicious appetizers from all over the country available to accompany sake, such as sake lees cheesecake, smoked mackerel, and seared bonito.

Every week we hold a ``Sake Brewery Fair'' featuring one brewery from all over the country. The sake set includes a selection of different types of sake from the fair's sake breweries, including Junmai Ginjo and unfiltered unprocessed sake. Sometimes the makers will be at the counter, so please feel free to ask them anything. We also have a spec sheet written by the owner who loves sake, including the rice polishing ratio and the yeast used, to satisfy enthusiasts.
