We use a blend of rice selected by a five-star rice master and unique to our store. This month, we are blending Yamagata Haenuki base and Tamba Sasayama Koshihikari. Depending on the season, we will blend it to match Ten-don (tempura rice bowl) Tencha Tenmaki, so please enjoy it♪

We directly purchase seasonal vegetables and vegetables from all over the country that go well with Tempura. In consultation with a vegetable sommelier, carefully selected Kyoto vegetables and organically grown vegetables are slowly fried and steamed to bring out the flavor of the vegetables. This season's recommendation is "Sukunkabocha". It is moist and has a good sweetness. Enjoy the rich seasonal flavor created by carefully selected ingredients combined with natural salt.

The first Tempura we offer is ``Kuruma Shrimp.'' We offer two types: one with a texture close to raw, and one that has been thoroughly pasteurized. We cook the food as it is swimming in the fish tank in the store, use two types of frying oil depending on the ingredients, and carefully finish the food with a focus on freshness. Serve the tempura soup with refreshing grated oni. The exquisite coating and precise pasteurization bring out the flavor of the ingredients, allowing you to fully enjoy the freshly fried texture, flavor, and wide-ranging taste.
