The ``lava stones'' we use in our shop are mined from Aso. The stone absorbs just the right amount of oil, making it really light to eat! The piping hot lava stone and outstanding far-infrared rays lock in the flavor and make it fluffy to the core. A “new texture” that is completely different from charcoal-grilled, shichirin-yaki, Teppan-yaki, etc. Please try it!
