Ryo Mizuno (Makoto Mizuno) Born in Kumamoto. I started out as a chef in Chinese cuisine, but as a Japanese person, I would like to study Japanese-style meal. With this in mind, he temporarily trained at a Japanese restaurant in Kitashinchi. In August 2006, we opened "Shunsaiken Mizuno" in Higashitenma. Moved to Kitashinchi in March 2012. We want our customers to enjoy the flavors that take advantage of both Chinese cooking methods (adding flavor to ingredients) and Japanese Japanese-style meal methods (removing unnecessary parts from the ingredients to add flavor).
