Our carefully selected meat is A4 rank or higher Japanese black beef purchased from all over Kyushu. In order for our customers to be able to enjoy high-quality Wagyu beef, we store it locally in a dedicated freezer, mature it, and then supply it to our stores in the highest quality condition. You can fully enjoy rare cuts such as ``Ichibo'' and ``Misuji,'' as well as Kuroge Wagyu beef such as ``Chateaubriand,'' ``Kainomi,'' and ``Ramsin.''
