The owner personally goes to the market and carefully selects the ingredients for each day. I value the attitude that I learned during my apprenticeship: ``Use your hands to purchase things at a low price.'' We have a wide variety of toppings, from seasonal items to slightly rare items. We recommend the ``Sashimi Assortment'', which is a collection of the best sashimi of the day. It's a luxurious-looking dish with an assortment of 7 to 8 types of fresh fish.
