The oden soup stock is made from premium Hokkaido kelp and a generous amount of natural ingredients such as bonito and sardines, seasoned in a golden ratio for a refined taste. We carefully prepare "richly flavored" oden, which is full of seasonal vegetables, fresh seafood, and the bounties of nature, as well as authentic Kyoto tofu and handmade fish paste, in our special oden broth. The standard course content is to serve 6 different kinds of oden selection each day! including a service charge 5 standard oden dishes and 1 seasonal oden dish will be included for only 6000 yen (tax included).
