Food Yanbaru Island Black Pork Agu Cuisine from Motobu Town
Kuroshima pork Agu from Yanbaru, a rare and valuable item said to have been presented to Kitayama Castle! The fatty meat has a much lower cholesterol level than that of regular pork, and is rich in glutamic acid and amino acids, which are the umami ingredients. Enjoy a variety of dishes that take advantage of the sweetness and flavor of high-quality Agu, including shabu shabu, skewers, Steak, grilled dishes, and Fried food.

The fantastic Ie beef that has been consumed on Ie Island in northern Okinawa! Breeding cows of branded cows from all over the country! You can enjoy the rich beef taste and refreshing flavor. Our signature dishes include the popular Ie beef tataki, Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot), and Ie beef yukke! There is a limited quantity in stock, and the menu is sold out on a first-come, first-served basis. Please enjoy it.
