Our restaurant serves shabu shabu-shabu all day long using the highest quality Agu pork, Shimaguro Agu pork. Also available for lunch. For the most popular `` shabu shabu,'' we recommend that you first enjoy it with Okinawa's special salt, and then enjoy it with two broths of your choice: ``special curry hotpot,'' ``ogon Japanese-style dashi,'' and ``rich and delicious sesame salt.''
