You can enjoy a variety of creative Local Cuisine served with traditional Okinawan crafts. In order to pass on "Okinawa's traditional food culture", which is being lost, to the next generation, we will deepen our comprehensive understanding of the historical and geographical background, the origin of event foods, and the utensils, etc., and study cooking methods and flavors. He studied as one of only 24 people in Okinawa to become a ``Ryukyu Cuisine Traditionist.'' He is a leading figure in Okinawan food, and is largely involved in restoring ``Shofu-ryori.'' We are working hard not only on cooking, but also on conveying the culture and importance of food.
