Food Uses certified “Agu”
Agu is a precious pig native to Okinawa. The quality of the meat is 5% higher than that of regular pork, and the melting temperature of the fat is low at 38.1 degrees, so the sweet fat melts in your mouth. Agu has excellent meat quality, but because of its small size, it also has the disadvantage of having a small amount of meat. At our restaurant, we only use the pork belly of "Agu", which is the sweetest meat and is written in hiragana as a edible pig, which has been approved by the Livestock Breeding Association and the JA Okinawa Brand Pig Promotion Council.
Food High-quality Japanese black beef “Specially Selected Ishigaki Beef”
Ishigaki beef, which is raised in a stress-free and quiet environment at the foot of the mountains on Ishigaki Island, located in the south of Okinawa, is characterized by its high-quality fat, which does not leave your stomach feeling heavy, so you will never get tired of eating it. Once you try it, you'll be addicted to it. We use "Specially Selected Ishigaki Beef" sirloin with yield grade (A) and meat quality grade (5 grade).
Food Focusing on dashi soup and Okinawan ingredients
[Original soup stock] Original soup stock that blends 5 types of soup stock: back and belly of bonito flakes, mackerel flakes, urume flakes, and chin stock. The taste of the soup changes with the sweetness of the high-quality fat of Agu pork and the sweetness of Okinawa-produced vegetables, and the porridge and Okinawa Soba at the end are also exquisite. Enjoy with ponzu sauce, sesame sauce, salt, and shikasa pepper. We also recommend pouring the soup stock into a bowl and enjoying it with the soup stock.

All tableware and glasses are one-of-a-kind for your viewing pleasure. We also offer tableware made from traditional Okinawan ``Yachimun'' and ``Ryukyu glass.'' It enhances your favorite dishes.
