PR for restaurants	パウダー状のフワフワした氷那覇市久米にある『千日』は、創業45年のぜんざい専門店の老舗。千日のぜんざいは、なんと言ってもケタ違いのサイズが目をひく。高さ25cmほどの氷の山も口に入れればアラ不思議。フワッと溶けるパウダー状の氷なので、意外とアッサリお腹の中に入ってしまう。もちもちとした金時豆をシャーベットで胃に流し込んでおくようなカンジで堪能できる。パウダー状の氷の秘密は、削氷機の刃をこまめに研ぐことと、かための氷を用意す ...ること。先代のレシピを忠実に再現していて、このサイズについても遺言でもあることから変えられないという。ムッとする夏風が涼しく感じられる一品だ。
