There is no Yakiniku (Grilled meat) sauce on the charcoal. This is because each ingredient has its own seasoning. The celery is coated with Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) sauce, the shiitake mushrooms are coated with yuzu ponzu sauce, the maitake mushrooms are coated with Japanese-style soup stock, the potatoes are coated with butter, the offal are marinated in a special miso sauce, the skirt steak is marinated in a soy sauce-based Yakiniku (Grilled meat) sauce, the saury fish is coated with grated radish, etc. .
