【久留米で昭和28年創業】伝説の”呼び戻しスープ”は大砲ラーメン全店に引き継がれています。
当店のとんこつスープの煮込み時間は半世紀です。スープの釜を決して空にすることなく、毎日少しずつ新しいスープを継ぎ足してゆくことでより深いコクと旨味を出すという技法。半世紀を経た現在も、大砲ラーメンはその釜のスープを絶やすことありません。釜から釜へ・店から店へと”スープ分け”を行うことで創業時から熟成され続けた「呼び戻しスープ」は大砲ラーメン全店に引き継がれています。
